STES was founded in the year 2003. It is a society registered under section 21 of society registration act 1860.
It is neither profit making nor political in nature.
Our strategy is to empower the vulnerable sections of the society by building their capacities through education.
We are working to provide basic technical education like laboratory testing, skill development, repairing electronic goods etc in Uttarakhand. for their future livelihood.

Aims & Objectives
The word ‘manifestation’ implies that something already exists and is waiting to be expressed.
The main focus in learning is to make the hidden ability of a learner manifest. ‘what a man “learns” is really what he “discovers”, by taking the cover off his own soul, which is a mine of infinite knowledge’.
‘Knowledge is already in man’. This refers to a human being’s potential, which is the range of the abilities and talents, known or unknown, that he was born with. ‘Potential’ speaks of the possibility of awakening something that is lying dormant.
